Enhanced New Patient Intake
When I started working with the team at Jax Spine & Pain (formerly Jacksonville Spine Center) there was one location and not a ton of online traffic moving through their website. Living a lifestyle free of pain or at least managed pain and setting a realistic approach to this way of life was on the docket and I was up for the task of coming up with a new name (that included pain in the "search") and creating a lifestyle brand that was attainable through the doctors at Jax Spine & Pain.
EFFORT:

Rebrand — new logo, new content, new messaging, new website, new everything

Indexed close to 150 pages of new content in under 6 months for site copy

New Headshots/Bios clad with videos of each doctor

Expanded footprint opening multiple locations

Realigned B2B + B2C information to prop up with where the money flows (aka what procedure yields the biggest dividends — make sure that's at the top)!

Events around the "grand opening" of the new locations (build the hype)
